Randi Kruger joined the Kingstowne Cat Clinic in October 1996 as the evening receptionist. She accepted the office manager's position in Spring 1998. Her previous experience includes years in veterinary medicine, kennels & grooming, and public libraries. Besides her life-long love of animals she is also passionate about cycling, sewing and applique, kayaking, photography, and painting. She lives in West Springfield with her husband, son, and a variety of dogs and cats.
jess Jessica Fritschle joined the Clinic in Spring 1998 as a part-time reception & technical assistant. She has advanced steadily over the years to become our Head of Nursing. Jessica's enthusiasm, knowledge, and compassion for felines has been an asset we have all come to appreciate. Jessica's other passions include cooking, gardening, knitting, sewing & quilting. She lives in Springfield, and shares her life with a handful of pampered cats.
joyner Becky Joyner joined our health care team in 1996 as a technical assistant. She is familiar to many clients as the assistant that works closely with the doctors seeing appointments in the mornings at our clinic. She is also quite familiar with, and to, our many regular boarders as she is responsible for their day to day care. Becky's love of cats is an asset to our practice as is her steady patience and attention to detail. Becky also enjoys surfing the internet, catching her favorite shows on TV, and walking her beloved dog Rue. Rue and Becky share their home in Alexandria with their cats Jasmine, Jewel, and Annie.
samara Samara Johnson joined the Kingstowne Cat Clinic in the Fall of 2010 as a technical assistant. She came to us with extensive experience in laboratory and the government side of animal health. She brings a positive attitude and can-do nature to everything she does for our patients. Samara was originally from Alexandria, VA and just recently moved back. She graduated from Florida A & M University in 2002 with a B.S. in Animal Science. She currently lives at home with her parents and her dog, Ebony. Her hobbies outside of work include working out, line dancing, and cooking.

Rick Uccello joined our team in 2003 as an afternoon assistant. Although he was new to veterinary medicine, he proved himself a "team player," and began learning the ropes of feline health. He has been our afternoon receptionist for the last four years. Many clients know him for his unlimited sports and history trivia. His loyalty and hard work are well appreciated by all.
